BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL POLICIES IN FULL.

All of our services are appointment based, but we do have openings for walk-ins. To confirm availability of staff for walk-ins, please call or text using the phone number provided.
•

Freshening up before your appointments is expected and appreciated. Please do not hesitate to ask to freshen up before your service.
•

Please do not show up to your appointment sick, with a fever, or cough.
•
We reserve the right to refuse service. 

•

All services must be PREPAID. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE. 

We do not use third party payment processors such as Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo.
•

Cancellation, Late, & NO SHOW

~All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours in advance. 

~All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance for payments to be transferred to a new date. 

~If you are 10 minutes late, you will be charged a $10 late fee. 

~If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. 

~If you are more than 15 minutes late with no comminucation, you are considered a NO CALL NO SHOW. This will result in a cancellation of your appointment and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. Your payment will not be transferred to a new appointment date. 

~After two consecutive no call no shows, you will be charged for the full-service amount and you will no longer be able to book online. You will have to contact the staff to schedule an appointment in the future. 

~Instagram is NOT a way of communication for the cancellation of or being late to an appointment because the staff WILL NOT be online at all times during work hours. You must call or text for cancellations or being late.

All appointments booked outside of “business” hours will require a $50 fee which is in the add ons section. 

NO KIDS, NO EXTRA PEOPLE

If you have any questions or hesitations about a service we offer, BOOKING A CONSULTATION IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You may text, call, or dm us as well, but booking a consultation will cut out the wait for a response, give you a better understanding, and you will leave with every question answered. 

Please read the confirmation email for directions. If you are not familiar with the area, early arrival is highly suggested.
